How to use it
Roll the mat firmly, wrap the strap around it and pull it tight, then carry the mat by the strap. In class, use it as you would any yoga strap:
- Seated forward fold: loop it around the soles of your feet and walk your hands along it.
- Lying leg stretch: lie on your back and loop it around one foot to lift that leg.
