This peanut Swiss ball is shaped like two balls joined together, so it rolls forwards and backwards but not side to side. Inflated, it’s about 100cm long and 50cm high, and it’s red.
Because it only moves in one direction, many people find it steadier and easier to trust than a round ball. That makes it a common choice for beginners and older users. It’s anti-burst and has a non-slip surface, and a spare plug is included.

How to use it
You can sit on the dip in the middle, or straddle it like a bench with a foot on each side. That position is good for gentle seated balance and for rocking the ball forwards and back. Lying back along its length gives a long, supported stretch through the front of the body. For core work, try bridges with your heels on the ball, or kneel behind it and roll it forwards on your forearms.
You’ll need a ball pump to inflate it, as one isn’t included. Pump it most of the way, leave it for a day, then top it up.
The 90cm x 45cm peanut ball in blue is a slightly smaller version. For round balls and sizing by height, see our Swiss ball size guide.
Care
Wipe it with a damp cloth and mild soap. Keep it away from sharp objects, heaters and strong sun, and use it on smooth floors.
