This 75cm anti-burst Swiss ball is sized for taller people, from about 185cm to 195cm, and comes with a foot pump and a spare plug. It’s black, made from heavy PVC, and has a maximum load of 300kg. Customers rate it 5 out of 5 across 13 reviews.
If you’re tall and a standard 65cm ball leaves your knees higher than your hips, this is the size to try.

How to use it
Start by sitting on it with your feet flat and a little wider than your hips. Once that feels steady, try lifting one foot, then rolling your hips in small circles. For core work, a forearm plank with your arms on the ball is much harder than the floor version. Lying back over the ball gives a long stretch through the chest and stomach, and tall people get more out of it on a bigger ball.
Plenty of people also use a Swiss ball as a seat at a desk for part of the day. Take breaks and swap back to a chair when you need to.
Inflate it most of the way with the foot pump, wait a day for the PVC to stretch, then top it up to 75cm, checking it against a mark on a wall.
Size guide
| 140cm to 165cm | 55cm ball |
| 165cm to 185cm | 65cm ball |
| 185cm to 195cm | 75cm ball |
If you’re under 185cm, the 65cm anti-burst Swiss ball in blue is likely a better fit. The Swiss ball size guide explains how to measure.
Care
Wipe it clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Keep it away from heaters, strong sun and sharp objects, and let some air out if you’re storing it somewhere hot. Keep the spare plug with the pump.
