These small peanut balls are used on the mat. Students lie back over them with the dip lined up with the spine, place them under the lower back for supported curl-ups, or squeeze them between the knees in bridges. The peanut shape sits steadier than a round ball, which helps in a class with mixed experience.
Wipe them with a damp cloth between classes and store them away from heat.
