How to use them
- Downward dog and plank: one under the heel of each hand, fingers pointing down the slope.
- Squats: one under each heel so you can sit lower with your feet planted.
- Seated forward folds: one under each sit bone to tip your pelvis forward a little.
- Calf stretch: the ball of one foot on a wedge and the heel on the floor.

Care
Wipe EVA foam with a damp cloth and a little mild soap and let it air dry. Keep it out of hot cars and direct sun, which can warp foam.
