The webbing is 3.8cm wide, wide enough to sit flat across the sole of your foot without cutting in. At 240cm there’s plenty of length for most stretches, with spare to wrap around your hand.

How to use it
A seated forward fold is the classic use. Sit with your legs straight out, loop the middle of the strap around the soles of your feet and hold one end in each hand. Sit up tall first, then walk your hands along the strap as you fold forward from the hips. The strap lets you keep a long back without rounding over to reach your toes.
Lying on your back, loop the strap around one foot and straighten the leg towards the ceiling. Keep the other leg long on the floor, and hold the strap with both hands so your shoulders can relax. Then take the leg out to the side and across the body for two more stretches.
To make a fixed loop, thread the free end through the metal ring and pull it to the size you want. A loop is handy when you want the strap to hold your legs or arms in place while you relax.
Colours and lengths

Care
Hand wash in cold water and hang it to dry. The ring is metal, so keep the strap dry when you store it.
