The Bloom massage ball is a firm EVA ball, 6cm across, in white or red. It’s small enough to carry in a pocket or bag, and people use it on the hands, arms, legs and feet, anywhere that feels tight.
EVA foam is firm but has a little give, so it feels less harsh than a rubber lacrosse ball. That makes it a good choice for the soles of the feet and the hands.

How to use it
For the feet, sit or stand with the ball under one foot and roll it slowly from heel to toes. Pause on any spot that feels tight and press down gently. Then roll it side to side across the arch.
For the hands, put the ball on a table and press your palm into it, rolling it in small circles. It’s a nice break during a day of typing.
For the calves or hamstrings, sit on the floor with the ball under the muscle and use your hands to lift and move your leg over it.
For the shoulders, lean against a wall with the ball between the wall and the muscle beside your shoulder blade.
Care
Wipe it with a damp cloth. For a deeper clean, wash it in warm soapy water and let it air dry.
If you want something firmer, the lacrosse ball is solid rubber. See all the options in our foam rollers and massage balls, and the foam rolling guide for technique.

Love it. So great for the plantar fascitis – used in conjunction with the toe separators and it’s made a huge difference to my heel pain within a couple of days.
