Yoga Mat LivePro 10mm

The LivePro 10mm yoga mat is the thickest mat we sell: 183cm long, 61cm wide and 10mm deep, made from TPE foam. One side is textured and the other is smooth, so you can choose which surface you practise on. It weighs 1.2kg, which is light for a mat this thick. Two eyelets let you hang it on the wall with a mat holder.

Who it suits

Choose a 10mm mat when comfort on a hard floor matters most. It’s a good fit for Pilates mat work, stretching, core exercises, gentle and restorative yoga, and anyone whose knees, hips or spine feel the floor through a thin mat.

The trade-off with thick foam is balance. In standing poses on one leg, a 10mm mat moves a little more underfoot than a 4 to 6mm mat. Many people are happy with that, and some keep a thinner mat for standing flows and this one for floor work.

How to use it

Try both sides. The textured side gives more grip for moving practice, and the smooth side is comfortable against skin for lying poses. After use, roll it or hang it by the eyelets so it dries in the air.

A 10mm mat is at the thickness limit for most mat bags, so a strap is often the easier way to carry it.

Care

Wipe it with a damp cloth and a drop of mild soap when needed, then let it dry before rolling or hanging. Keep it out of direct sun.
