This larger yoga block is a 10cm-tall EVA foam block in merlot and grey. It has the same 23 x 15cm footprint as a standard block, with an extra 2.5cm of height for people who need the floor brought up a bit further.

How to use it
The height helps taller people and anyone with tight hamstrings. In a standing forward fold or triangle, a 7.5cm block can still leave you reaching. This one gives you 10cm flat, 15cm on its side and 23cm on its end.
As a seat, it lifts your hips higher than a standard block, which helps if sitting cross-legged pulls your lower back into a slump. In kneeling poses, slide it between your heels and sit back onto it.
In restorative poses, start with a standard block under your sacrum in supported bridge. When that feels comfortable, the extra height here gives a slightly deeper lift. Because it shares its footprint with a standard block, the two stack neatly if you want an in-between height.
