How to use it
Restorative poses are a good place to start. For a supported bridge, lift your hips and slide the block under your sacrum, the flat bony area at the base of your spine. Let your weight settle onto it and stay for a few minutes. Start with the block flat and only turn it on its side once that feels easy.
For a supported fish, lie back with one block lengthways under your upper back and a second block under your head, then let your arms rest out to the sides. It gives the front of your chest a gentle stretch without any effort from you.
At the end of class, place the block under your calves or under a folded blanket behind your knees while you rest on your back. For most restorative work you’ll want two blocks, so it’s worth ordering a pair.

Care
