Our medium mini resistance loop band sits in the middle of the range: a green natural latex loop, 0.6mm thick, that gives most people enough resistance for everyday glute and leg exercises. It is 50mm wide and 500mm around (250mm flat), and it has 5 reviews, all 5 stars.
If you only want one band, medium is the safe pick. It’s hard enough to make bridges and side steps work, and light enough that you can still use it for some upper body moves.

How to use it
- Glute bridges and clamshells with the band above the knees
- Side steps and monster walks with the band around the lower legs
- Standing kickbacks, holding a wall or chair for balance
- Squats with the band above the knees, pushing out against it on the way down
Keep the band flat against your legs so it doesn’t roll, and move slowly. The band pulls hardest where it is stretched furthest, so control the way back in as well as the way out.
Care
Keep the band out of direct sun and away from heat when you’re not using it, because both break latex down faster. Wipe it with a damp cloth if it gets sweaty and let it dry before you put it away. Before each session, stretch it gently and look for nicks or thin spots, and replace it if you find any. The band is natural latex, so skip it if you have a latex allergy.
For an easier band, see the light mini loop band. The next strength up is the heavy mini loop band. All the options are in our resistance bands and loops.
