This aerial yoga hammock mount is the fixing point your hammock or yoga swing hangs from. It is sold on its own, and most hammock setups need two, one at each end of the fabric, so check how your hammock hangs before you order.
The supplier rates each mount to 300kg. It comes with 4 dyna bolts. You’ll find the hammocks and the rest of the hanging hardware in our yoga accessories.

Installing it
We recommend having a builder or other professional install your mounts. The bolts have to go into solid concrete, and a person swinging or hanging upside down puts far more force through a fixing than their body weight alone. Someone who can find the studs and check the timber is sound will get it right the first time.
Once the mounts are in, clip the hammock or its hanging straps on with screw-gate carabiners. Our aerial yoga hammock carabiners are steel and come as a pair.
Who it suits
It’s for people setting up an aerial yoga hammock at home or in a studio, or adding a second hanging point to an existing setup. If you’re buying your first set, the aerial yoga hammock with adjustable hanging straps comes with the fabric, straps and carabiners but not the mounts, so you’d add two of these.
Work to the lowest rating in your setup. The mount is rated to 300kg and the hammocks we sell are rated to 200kg, so the hammock sets the limit. Check the bolts are still tight every few months, and after any time the hammock has taken a hard jolt.
