Who it suits
Group exercise, Pilates and strength classes where each person gets a full set, so they can change band between exercises without sharing. Personal trainers can keep a few sets in the car for sessions in clients’ homes.
Care
Store spare bands out of direct sun and away from heaters, and ask class members to check a band for nicks before they use it. Retire any band that is torn or has thin spots. The bands are natural latex, so keep a latex-free option in mind for anyone with an allergy.
