These adjustable toe separators let you choose how wide the gap between your toes is. Each separator comes with inserts that you add or take out to set the spacing, so you can start small and widen it as your feet get used to it. They’re made from soft, flexible silicone gel and come in black or white.
A pack has one separator for each foot and four inserts. They’re one size and fit most feet.

How to use it
Start with no inserts or just one, and wear the separators while you sit at home, stretch or do some yoga. Many people begin with about ten minutes a day and build up from there. Once that’s comfortable, add an insert to spread the toes a little further.
They can also be worn while walking around the house. If you want to wear toe separators in shoes, choose shoes with a wide toe box so your toes aren’t squeezed back together.

Care
Wash them in warm, soapy water, rinse and let them air dry. Keep the inserts together in a small bag or container so they don’t go missing.
