These silicone toe separators sit between your toes and hold them gently apart. You might know them as toe spacers, toe spreaders or yoga toes. They’re made from soft, flexible silicone gel, sold as a pair, and one size fits all feet. There are seven colours: white, natural, blue, black, pink, green and lavender.
A pair costs $25. Buy 2 pairs and you get a third pair free.
How to use them
Start with about 10 minutes a day. Put them on while you’re sitting down, reading or watching TV, and let your toes get used to the spread. Once that feels easy, wear them for longer.
You can also wear them during yoga or Pilates, in standing poses and foot work, or while you stretch at home. Some people put them on in the evening after a day in narrow shoes, just to give their toes some room.
If anything pinches or feels uncomfortable, take them off and go back to shorter sessions.

Care
Wash them in warm soapy water, rinse well and let them air dry. Silicone picks up lint and dust, so keep them in a clean bag or box between uses. They’re reusable. Check them for small tears now and then, and replace the pair if the silicone starts to split.

I’ve had a painful toe since having to wear support stockings after an operation. I’ve popped the toe separators in once I’ve got home and worn around the house for the past 5 days. I can already feel a difference in pain reduction. I’m a size 39 and bought a medium which fits well. You can’t really wear them in shoes as it spreads your toes too far apart. Highly recommend.

The toe spacers are comfortable and can be worn during walking or exercise inside “barefoot” minimalist shoes with a wide toebox.
They are great under regular socks or can be worn over toe socks if the toe spacers are loose.
