This natural cork massage ball is 6cm across, light and small enough to carry anywhere. People use it on the shoulders, back, arms and feet, or anywhere that feels tight. Cork is firm and doesn’t slip on skin. It’s a good alternative to a lacrosse ball, because it has no rubber smell and leaves no rubber on the skin.
It’s one of our most popular massage balls. Cork is easy to wipe clean, which suits a ball that gets passed around a studio or lives in a gym bag.

How to use it
For the shoulders, stand with your back to a wall and put the ball between the wall and the muscle beside your shoulder blade. Lean into it and bend your knees slowly to move the ball up and down. Keep it off the spine.
For the back, lie on a mat with your knees bent and the ball under one side of your upper back. Shift your weight slowly and pause on a tight spot for 20 to 30 seconds.
For the feet, stand or sit with the ball under one foot and roll it from heel to toes, pressing as much as feels comfortable.
For the forearms and hands, roll the ball on a table under your forearm, or between your palms.
Care
Wipe it with a slightly damp cloth, or rinse it quickly and let it air dry. Don’t leave it soaking or in hot sun.
Compare it with the rubber lacrosse massage ball, or see the foam rolling guide for technique. All our balls are in our foam rollers and massage balls.
