The Bloom cork yoga mat 3mm has a natural cork top bonded to a rubber base. Cork gives a firm, slightly textured surface that tends to grip better as it gets a little damp, which is why many people choose it for sweaty classes. The rubber underside is textured too, so the mat holds on the floor as well as under your hands.
It’s 183cm by 61cm and 3mm thick. That’s thin. You get a close, stable feel for standing poses and balances, and the mat rolls into a slim, light roll for travel. The trade-off is less padding under knees, so it’s a good match for people who prefer a firm surface or who already have a thicker mat at home.
Choose blue or brown.

How to use it
Put the cork side up. If your hands are dry at the start of class, a light mist of water on the cork helps it grip sooner. For kneeling and seated work, add a folded blanket or one of our yoga pads under the knees.
A 3mm mat also works laid over a studio mat, so you get the cork surface on top of borrowed padding.
If you want the same cork top with more cushioning, the Bloom cork yoga mat 6mm is the same price.
Care
Cork resists moisture well, so a wipe with a damp cloth is usually all it needs. Don’t soak it or put it in a washing machine. Let it dry flat, then roll it with the cork side out so the surface doesn’t crease. Keep it out of direct sun when stored.
