Tea tree essential oil has a fresh, herbal, slightly earthy scent that smells clean the moment you open the bottle. Ours is 100% pure tea tree oil from Australia, distilled from the leaves of the tea tree plant. It’s slightly yellow in colour.
It’s one of the most used essential oils around the house, particularly in homemade cleaning sprays. It blends well with lavender, peppermint, lemon, eucalyptus, clove, thyme and white sage.

How to use it
Add a few drops to your household cleaning routine to freshen surfaces. A common mix is a few drops of tea tree with around 20 drops of lemon in a spray bottle of water. You can also add it to a diffuser or use it, well diluted, in homemade skincare.
For external use, dilute before applying to skin.

Essential oils are for external use only. Avoid use if pregnant, and don’t use on children under one year old. If you want to use essential oils with children, or with anyone who has a health condition or suspected allergy, check with a qualified aromatherapist first.
