How to use it
Shake well and give the room 3 to 5 sprays, or spray it lightly over fabrics like cushions, throws and curtains. Teachers often spray the room a few minutes before students arrive, and it’s handy in a home practice space where you can’t light a candle. Spray into the air above your mat rather than onto it, since a damp mat surface can get slippery. On delicate fabric, test a hidden spot first.
