The frame is steel and the cover is strong cotton over a seat with soft foam padding. It weighs 1.4kg, folds away, and several chairs stack on top of each other, which helps if you run a meditation group or workshop and need to store a room full of them.

To use it, unfold the chair on the floor or on a mat, sit in the seat with your legs crossed in front of you and lean back into the backrest. A folded blanket under the knees can make cross-legged sitting more comfortable.

Care

The cover comes off easily. Machine wash it at 30 degrees or cold and don’t tumble dry. Let it air dry fully before you put it back on the frame.
