• Use under your feet to stretch hamstrings . A great prop to support your yoga poses.
• Passive weight improves all deep stretches for yoga, Pilates and fitness.

Sandbag dimensions: 44x18cm.

We dispatch the bags empty so you’ll need to add sand. Either from a beach or your local hardware store.

Capacity is approx 4-5kgs when filled with sand.

The outer bag is made of 100% cotton twill fabric and the inner bag is made of 100% polyester fabric.
