You can sit and cocoon comfortably in the hammock as it conforms to your body contour and provides generous width. You will feel a slight natural stretch but not too much. Hence it is great for both beginner, advanced aerial Pilates & yoga practitioners.

There are 6 loops on each extension strap allowing you to adjust the length quickly; they can also be looped around an open beam / tree branch to create a portable hanging point for your hammock.
